Its not a new game, but a manga series that was published in Famitsu starting some time after the release of Devil Summoner 2 in Japan. The story isn't done yet, it seems to be at the halfway point, but there's a fan translation from a fellow named extrablade that covers its first four chapters, but it seems it core of the story has yet to emerge.

It maintains the caper-like feel of the PS2 games, which is a good thing, though it does kinda spoils part of Devil Summoner 2 for you if you haven't played it. Not the main ending or anything, but a sub plot of it does get spoiled and its relevant to one of the characters of this story.
The first give pages of the translation are back on the second page of the blog, I'd post a few to preview, but livejournal doesn't link images conventionally, its late and I'm too lazy to copy all the images and host them.
Would be nice if someone set it up on a slideshow, though, it would be a lot easier to read. Also, sadly its still in normal manga form, so you have to go right-to-left.
