Re: Sony thinkng of charging for PSN...
Why do people pay for an annual fee, for when they can just go to the store, and buy the stuff. The stuff may be a bit cheaper but, are you REALLY getting a deal with the fee?

Huh? I have various names where I can do all this. Only 1up that XBL has is X-game chat. PS3 firmware has come a long way from when it first came out. Remember no in=game XMB?Originally posted by DakAttack View PostOn the PS3 only the first player logs in, only he/she gets achievements, or to talk with other people, or to send messages, etc. The second player gets shafted. Re: Sony thinkng of charging for PSN...
Because you can't. The only time CostCo will allow you in without a membership is to use their pharmacy; although apparently liquor controls also apply in some states. Other than that, you have to have a membership, or be with someone who does. Even then, last I heard they only take checks from people with membership.Originally posted by Takelli View PostWhy do people pay for an annual fee, for when they can just go to the store, and buy the stuff.
Still, people will pay for a membership to CostCo just to get in the door, because their prices are low enough that they can easily make that money back.
