      I was really excited to try it out, but I've heard nothing good about it. :-( And it's a shame. I'll probably try it out at some point. I played the DS version and it was really .. weird and 'watered down' from the PC version, apparently. <Shrug> I hope I'll get something out of it.

        I really enjoy the game in spurts. It doesn't have the pull and immersion of The Sims. It's still a great game and I recommend it but it certainly did not live up to the hype.

          It certainly did not live up to the hype at all. "Sim-everything?" My ass. "Sim-follow-the-linear-playstyle-but-make-a-character-just-like-you-can-in-hundreds-of-other-games" is more like it.

            I'd really like to see pretty much any other game that allows you to create characters like Spore does, let alone hundreds of them.
