man i loved DQXIII...and i must say im not to happy about moving to the DS....cause im not one for portable gaming....however...my sister has a DS...soooo...ill just have to steal it for a while...Mwuhahahahaha......cause either way im gonna wanna play the game....see what they do with it n' all

Did DQ 7 & 8 sell well at all in North America?

I was talking to a friend of mine about DQ9 coming out on DS and he felt that part of the reason was because there wasn't enough hype about it in the US to help warrant a release on console. He said that since Japanese players right now are so immensely intent on hand-held portables, SE will make alot more money selling it on the DS platform that way. DS is popular in NA, so it will allow SE to fullfill player needs in both markets.

I personally like the DS. HHP are way cool. But, I'd rather be playing it on my plasma screen and surround sound too lol.
