    No idea. I was looking forward to it as well, especially with all that stuff coming with it.

    I haven't heard of a delay from any major websites, but it seems that's the case.

        I talked to my friend in Japan because he is keeping an eye out for FFXII stuff for me. I have already gotten guides and some cd/dvd songtracks but he said there is no delay as far as he knows. It could be that the place you ordered it from has more orders than it can fill and is alerting people that they won't be in on the first shipment they receive?

          No ... CDJapan never has problems filling order. When there is an extremely rare order limit (Namie Amuro aka Sweet Chic on that Uh-uh featuring AI) they will say, in this case, 10,000 copies onry. Then they will also place a limit on order (e.g., 5 copies total). Try to order when they are swamped on the day you can order, you may get an email from them saying, "We're sorry that we're unable to fulfill your order, due to the tremendous interest in this item." This has happened to me once with the limited edition "first press" of one of Koda Kumi's singles.

          In this case, "distributor" means the middle man that's dealing between all the retailers and the publishers. Not sure who's publishing this, as Avex and other companies have published the soundtracks for SE since FFVIII. It's rare for SE to publish for themselves on anything anymore.

            They [whoever is supplying the "middle-man"] probably got their CD Ripping HQ taken away in a random act of "justice". Happens...

              Yah, it's officially delayed. You can google the catalog number and find hundreds of JP stores with the new "delayed" date of 5/31/06.

              Is one of the other stores that have the updated date. So yes, whoever is publishing this ran into some issues or SE decided to delay it, for some reason.
