Sadly true unless Trixie can get that Flameblast Dragon to stick to the table a few turns. She's throwing cards away if she swings into Voiceless Spirit, and Twilight's land is up to a point she'll be able to start making material every turn while still reserving mana to counter. If Trixie's playing aggro then she didn't draw enough big threats early; if she's playing a deck full of fatties then it was just a bad matchup. The latter seems more likely knowing her personality. That's assuming Twi is playing control and not some lame spirit tribal deck.

I loved the new episode. I thought they might have gone a tad bit overboard with how nutty Twilight became, but it was all good hilarity, so I don't care.

Oh, and I want a gif of that Rainbow explosion, like now. Armando?

Was the opening different? It seemed slightly different!

It was totally different. New song. Derpy appearance. Etc. :3

No one does drama like Rarity.

When she yanked that couch out of nowhere just to dramatically flop down on it, I bust out laughing.

But my god, the screencaps that this episode alone will produce...

I can't wait. One of the things I most love about this show is that the episodes are endlessly entertaining, whether you are watching them for the first time, rewatching them for the tenth time, or just admiring the small crazy details once it is all broken down and separated by the wonderfully devoted brony fanbase.

Granted, that's not a whole ton of fanart, but I was just so surprised to already see it. Maybe it just feels faster than it is because I only just now saw the episode since I was at work instead of being able to watch ponies around when it aired. XP
