Err, I think I used to wrong term there TGM sorry. I meant your elected representatives, not the voting populace my bad. I mean shit, look at all the crap in L.A. recently with those obscene 600k+ salaries...
I maintain that Obama is really just trying to make the best out of a bad situation, and God help him for it. Even his own party is giving him a hard time, yet people continue to expect unreasonably high demands of him. He's not Jesus ok?! He can't make miracles happen. Throwing out the majority of the current politicians though (with perhaps a few exceptions for those with reputable records) would be the real miracle.
And smoking kills people who don't even smoke, end of argument. See also: Peanuts.

I didn't mean to imply that Canadians are by nature better, because we're not lol (we have our fair share of retards too. We call them the Bloc ROFL XD). We just have a stable if somewhat stagnant way of things here. Lord knows most Canadians I've met hate on the U.S. as a means of hiding their jealously/inability to go there.
