Oh they will turn it on Wednesday no problem, but a built of weightless sub atomic particulars will hit critical mass December of 2012 and then we will be sucked unknowingly into a blackhole.

Too true, I just don't like the idea of cool things happening after I've died. If everything else goes out with me then there's no chance of me missing out on anything.

But are nearest neighbor is 4.5 lightyears away, which means the shockwave of universe ripping potential wouldn't reach them till 4 and a half years later....... Lot of new things can happen in that time.
