So I guess this will pretty much prove to everyone here that deep down, I'm a total bastard.

The only contact I've had with the COS is giving them my friends Name, SS#, Address, Home and Cell phone numbers, and every other piece of personal advice I could think of and informing them that he was really interested in becoming a member... yea... they called him for over a year, sent people by his house, and sent letters of propaganda... err.. informitave pamphlets.

A fun as it is this country was more or less founded on those seeking religious freedom and nay-saying anyone to practice how they chose isnt kosher in my book... but seriously, when it's an obvious scam to rid people of their money and form a cult following I just dont agree with it. To me it looks that they are trying to cover up every possible connection they have with showing that it's just a scam. Shame on them.

There were many things that allowed the hysteria to grow, but the religious ideals, and the fact that the colony was founded to further the Puritan's believes and no others is what allowed it to start.

Stop all this witch hunting crap that's all it is we live in an inlightened world now where a relitive peace exists between most religions not like it was in the dark ages.COS still acts like it's the dark ages need proof look no futher than that poor girl that died after being tied to a bed without meds for days.All in the cause of her religion most religionds opt to save lives when faced with such choices not tie her to a bed and run off may they all burn in hell.Infact since I'm pretty sure I'm going to hell too I'll probably be the one jabbing em with a pitchfork
