The othe part about the whole school thing is dorky, and kind of sad. Looks cool in the dark, though.

I don't have sound here at work, but it looks like a fun way to exercise and learn/practice a martial art. They just need to keep their heart rate up, which shouldn't be hard if they keep moving as much as one would playing tennis or racket ball.

It isn't a martial art, it's more of an acting class. They're basically planning routines, but I suppose they're becoming more familiar with how to use a fake lightsaber. I think the difference between a lightsaber and a plain sword is looking fancy. If they gain anything it's probably a sense of confidence.
