I believe those pots were also in FFV, I the GBA version anyway I very distinctly remember giving a jar or mimic or something an elixir to make it go away.

They were in FF6 too, but there wasn't a source of elixirs as easy as conformer+morph+all>Mover in that game.

I'm going to go on a limb and think you're serious, at risk of someone flaming me for the second time today because I seem to suck at communication this week.

Gimme Pots, I'm not sure if that's their proper name or not, but I ran into them on FF7 in the North Crater. It was a pot with a thing sticking out of it (or did it have eyes? I feel I'm mixing games here) and it would say 'Gimme an Elixir' and you did and I believe that made it go away. Gave shitloads of AP for it.
