You could do that. I'm trying to figure out how to edit brightness using Paint.NET, but I'm not sure if I can.

I feel like I want something halfway between what you have and what I have.

I'm kind of wondering though about how the word placement should be. It's a small quote on a big picture.

As far as image quality goes, you can only go down. The original has to be high quality. You can fake it some, but it's hard and generally not worth the effort.

Edit: Shame on me, honestly, for not thinking to do this three hours ago.



Here's the most recent iteration. I recreated yourself and your friend in model view and took high resolution captures of them before scaling them to fit the original composition. All of the elements are seperate now, so I can put the mithra on the right and the taru behind her on the left if you want, adjust the tint if you want, add a little depth of field effect, whatever.

lol, well this opens up a whole new window. But I don't want to change things too much. The image has a memory attached to it too. But it still might be nice to see the positions flipped around. It does kind of feels like the focus is more on the taru friend. And if I didn't have my avatar you would probably think Blueyes is the taru.

Oh I see. That's only if you host it here though. If you upload it to your photobucket account and embed it from there it should be fine.
