Well you gotta remember Feba, yea, she can get these speeds, but most likely unless the server is at a major data center, she's not going to be getting anywhere NEAR these speeds.

Yea, but it's still limited, unless you're connected directly to her . And, they don't mention upload speeds, that's just download speed
