To preface this.. I am asking for advice I havent done anything so put fangs and claws away.
Someone sent me a link to a software program called Windower. I havent even downloaded it. I guess it makes it so you can use other programs and play online at the same time. For the most part I dont see a use for it, but there are times when I have my home/game laptop and my work laptop and am using both, which is cumbersome. I cant run any other programs on my game laptop right now because it's not the most up to date, but I am planning on buying another laptop which will be built for playing games. I have seen alot of notices about running 3rd party software being not allowed. Does this type of program violate the rules, or is it just game enhancing software?
