Click on view _______'s warnings. Under there you can see what they've been warned of and further down on it shows the points given for each warning. You'll see that Massive Commercial Advertisement is a permanent ban.

Spam is a warning of only 1 point so he'd have to be warned of it on 5 accounts before getting his first ban which is 3 days. The number of days the bans are from what I recall increases each time they get temp bans.

*also off topic* yea i got it of a wallpaper on some website i figured since it was wall paper and not fanart there shouldnt be any copyright mess. im perty sure if its a free wallpaper then its like public domian or sumtin.. if not then ill change it..
