That will probably be why the only "early adoption" I'll be doing will be in regards to the consoles themselves. I don't plan on buying any BD or HDDVD discs for awhile. Even though Sony is the clear favorite in the long run, I'm still prepared to wager a few thousand dollars in players and discs on it just yet.
And again, I'm telling you they acted like children during the negotiations. One side would decide to make a public statement how they were going to proceed with development and production of their format, presumably in hopes of establishing an upperhand in negotiations. Only to have the other side get pissed off and say basically the same thing about their own format. If only they could see my living room, then they could see that Sony and Toshiba can get along just fine.
