Anyone know of any free programs that will delete files that are incomplete, and will help clean up my pc? I am looking at a few of the programs, but I am not sure if any of them should be trusted. Anyone use one of them that actually deletes fragmented files, and will actually make room on my pc?

Try unplugging it from any network or internet access you have for a while and see if you continue to loos space.Comment
