cause in the official site they say not compatible

I would figure there isn't too much difference between the two for this game. FFXI really relies far more on the your CPU to handle things. The graphics card helps, but it doesn't make nearly as much of a difference as it does in other games.

Someone who is more tech minded than I am will probably have a more complete response, but really IMO, I'd just go with the one you can get for a better deal.

I'm running off a 7950, the one with two gpus.
Here.

It works fine, though you need to let nvidia manage the split screen. There are some glitches if you use windower, or so I heard.

Benchmarks are not too shabby. Could have been a lot better though.
I think these benchmarks were LOWER than my other card the 7900 gtx oc.



Not by much though I think lower by 30 points T_T.

I'd wait to get a 8800 gtx oc from BFG water cooling, since I built my rig with water. Wait for it to be compatable I guess.

Oh BTW, the video card that's in there is not the 7950 gx2. It's my older 7900 gtx.
