Mouse dies, comp reboots all the time

I can't quite remember when all of this started but it was resently. My mouse just started to go ON and OFF, ON and OFF etc. etc. I though "shit... broken?". Tried it on another USB port... same problem. "ok, so it isn't the USB ports.. it's the mouse in some way". I bought a brand new mouse. Same problem with that one as well. So ok, it's the PC. What could cause it? not enogh power from the PSU? Oh, and did I mention that about the same time that happend my computer just started to reboot when ever it feels like it? or rather... screen turn black for no reason and computer reboots shortly after. I'm beginning to think it has to do with the PSU but I can't be 100% sure. Any ideas?

edit: I've noticed that all my USB thingys with lights on them flicker in the exact same way. Could this be a power issue? But why did it start now? why now all of a sudden?

I'm 90% sure your Psu is going 2 hell by the way you are put it. Buy a new one right NOW, there is a chance that your psu could turn your pc into a paperweight.

Remember don't cheep out on your psu (plan on spending at least $60us)
Antec, Forton Source, Seasonic, Enermax and Sliverstone all make quality units to name a few, and try and get something with a Dual +12v and if you have a side window or you are just a neat freak you can get psu's with modular cabling.

I'm gonna take the coward's way out of this trubble... I'm gonna go ahead and buy a while new computer XD I don't feel like spending any more money on this piece of crap comp. Thx for the info though ^^
