Hi, I need some help k927nd.exe

I have this process running multiple times on my computer and its slowing it down horribly, I can't find anything on it. I tried to delete it and everything but it keeps coming back please help.

Run Spybot Search and Destroy or Adaware to make sure it's not a spyware program running in the background and eating up memory.
