help!!! my ram is messed!!

OMG how come my ram keeps getting depleted causing my computer to freeze!!! This didnt happen before, it started after i installed my wireless router! Can someone help me with this problem or do i just need more ram...? (I got 512 ram..)

EDIT:It goes away when I play videos or go on the internet but when Im idleing it doesnt get depleted. I thought it suppose to return if i quit internet or stop playing videos. Any ideas?

my RAM is broke too

must have been when my pc broke the other month :mad:

it kept rebooting on it own lol like when i'd open 2 programs at the same time, it was like i was using a shity old comp:confused:

i changed a few setting and now it just crashs :sweat:

im guessing you mean your free ram is being depleted...
if you happen to run any freeware/shareware, that may be the case (specially bittorent/bittornado on large torrent sizes).

free ram being depleted is a sign of a memory leak, in which your OS keeps enlargening the ammount of ram reserved for a program even though that program may not be using much.

if you installed wireless card in your computer, the drivers or any bundled software may be the cause of the memory leak.

Aslo since you are specifying the Web Browser causing the problem, you might want to check to make sure someone didn't get a script on your computer using it as a server or something else hack related.

You might want to run an Adware/Spyware detection and removal program. Might have something like that running. I caught a script that got on my computer, not certain from were but it's labeled "servers.vbs" if I let that run it kills my resource and I get pop-ups coming out of everything I try to do but when I terminate it my computer works fine.

Still trying to source were it came from but not having much luck.
