pop up

I keep getting pop-ups when i'm on the internet but it not off any web sites, its either my windows (XP PRO) or my ISP (AOL9.0).

it comes up asking me to go to a certain website for enlargens and it is title "Message Sevice".

Can any 1 help?

If it's a win32 window:
Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services > Messenger > Changes Message Service Startup Type = *DISABLED*

If it's an explorer window:
check for adware or GAIN on your PC...
