memory interface...

hey, i was thinking of getting a new graphics card, either an ATI Radeon 9600 or 9600SE, the SE's about £20 cheaper and, according to the ATI website, is the same except for the memory interface. On an 9600 its 128 bit and on the SE its 64-bit. SO i was wondering how much of a difference this would make when palying FF XI?...and in teh future, would it be better investing the extra £20 in a normal 9600?

i guess itd also help if i knew what memory inface is / does...
