Need some help here please

I was playing Delta Force: Black Hanwk Down on max settings and then i restarted my computer. I checked my processor temperature: 69/70 degrees. WTF? Im dont know much about computers but this is bad isnt?

My computer:
P4 3.0ghz
ID865PERL
Radeon 9800 pro
512 DDR RAM
Volcano 9 i think

Can someone help me telling what should i do? Whats the highest temperature your processor ever reached?

I would definatly say that's bad. You need to open up your case. It sounds to me like if you did in fact install an aftermarket Heatsink that you may have messed up the thermal paste. I would check that first. Also I don't think the Volcano 9 was rated up to 3.0 ghz...But I could be wrong.
