Yes. A 32 meg card will run it smooth on LOW settings, thats why its in the system requirements...

I run a ATI 7500 AIW with 64MB ram on card. Runs just fine.

80GB WD SE Hard Drive
640MB SDRAM
Radeon 9200SE

-Game runs smoothly on normal settings(1024x1024 back resolution, 1024x768 overlay resolution, good graphics) Fraps videos record very slowly, but that's probably due to the outdated processer and memory.
