Need some help on doing stuff with a Video

Apollogize for the horrible title but meh. Basically I want to rip the audio out of a Glastonbury performance then break it down into tracks. I know how to rip out the audio to .wav and how to convert them to .mp3 but could someone recomend a program to do it. I use VirtualDub to take out the music from video but i'm not familiar with the program so I guess it's possible I could do it all with that. Any help welcome.
