  • Can this computer run FFXI with minimal lag?

    here are my specs

    pent 4 1.6 Ghz
    512 DDR Ram
    30 GB hard drive
Radeon 9600 128 mb graphics card
    DirectX 9.0

Um that's about all I know I'm not really that much of a computer person, I don't have the radeon yet but I will be getting before FFXI is released. (am still a little pissed I had to upgrade I ran EQ fine with my old card )

So, will this be able to run it, like on medium settings, without lag?

Your computer will do good. But is depends on what type of internet connection that you have. The graphics will be very good. It also depends on how much space that you have in your hard drive. But your computer should do just fine.

The weakest link is your processor. How 1.6ghz is still a REAL strong link, lol.
