i know you must get alot of people askin this question but that do you think my benchmark would be an what is your benchmark?

1024M DDR 2700
120G 7,200 rpm
256M ATI Radion Pro 9800
500kbps ADSL Broadband
Jetway Alioth (Motherbord)

i should have said this b4 but im making the PC myself an i have'nt finshed put it together i got stuck and my mate is sorting it next week i just wanted an idea like

around 6400
give or take 100

don't mind aerobahn, the comp may get up to 6900 depending on os and config of the os (i have a lot of network tools running in the background, so my score is lowered by about 200 points). aerobahn could give you some pointers on overclocking and you could get up to 7500 or maybe a bit more.

edit: don't put cable connection when talking about bench next time, it doesn't matter for bench.
