    It doesn't say anywhere that she's a RDM.

      She just happens to wear Duelist's Attire is all. All her squad wears RDM AF. Its just for show. The NPC in the CS for obtaining the Annihilator though is a Mithra.

        I should be pretty obvious not to base what a NPC really is off of their gear. They defy all laws of level and job restrictions, and simply wear what they want to.

          Re: Great Figures of the Crystal War

          I still don't agree with it. Lots of armies have done the same thing in history;

          They went out conquering and thinking they were above all others *cough* Rome *cough* and while we Elvaan are pretty arrogant, we're not hate mongers.

          I seriously doubt they (we) would have done anything as horrendous as the WWII Germans. There'd likely be some oprression to be sure (as with any empire) but I just don't see that level of racism present. It's more of a "Holier than thou" attitude really, which is heavily evidenced/backed up by the Church.

          If anything, we're more like the Crusaders from England. Not that they were any better... or actually, now that I think about it, the Spanish Inquisitors.

          San d'Oria is basically Spain with French names. None of the above references are good in any respect, but they're not as bad as the Nazis either.

          Present day San d'Oria is pretty cool now, and I'm quite proud to be a part of it ^^ anyone who's gotten rank 10 should know just how cool King Destin turns out to be. I still hold we're better than Windy or Bastok. Far as I can gather from what I've read, San d'Oria is the only nation that actually changes it's policies at the end of the story and looks at everyone in a different light.

          Well, okay that's not entirely right. Things chance a bit I believe in the Bastok story in regards to the Galka, but their situation doesn't really improve I don't think. Zeid and Volker just settle their differences.

          Meanwhile, Windurst still doesn't allow the Mithra any say in their government.
