Although the will may be too strong, I'm thinking Death from Above with the magic capabilities of a Soulflayer and a Poroggo. Providence, FTW!^^

Either that or a baby Apkallu with Citadel Buster.

I don't think they meant you could capture the specific Notorious Monster, more that you could capture the rare types of mobs who are *only* NMs, like Behemoths and Adamatoise.

Makes ya wonder how many Wyrms we'll see in this thing. Though to be honest, my guess is that there's gonna be some sort of tier system where you can only start off with certain monsters before needing a higher rank to 'capture' stronger ones. Either way, people will be traveling to all ends of the in-game-globe to get those rarer monsters now.
