They're going to move the items to Grand Company and purchased with GC seals instead.

I would argue DL was easier to farm before seeing as Philo had no daily cap and you could just buy 'em.

Now if you want DL you're going to be subjected to the RNG.

If we're going up to iLv95 to keep in line with the Allagan Weapons, and if DL is going to be even easier to farm now, I can see it being a nice plus to get geared.
