Back in 1.0 beta, I started off in Gridania and thought it was a pleasant place. Started another character in Ul'dah and rued the congestion and swore to never 'home point' to that town ever (I've 'home pointed' to Camp Black Brush instead) But my third character in Limsa felt right, felt at home. I'm going back to Limsa come hell or high water because I've always loved the place (I also found that by and large, the guildleves were a better return on investment than the ones in the Shroud or around Ul'dah)

I like Ul'dah because it's a mining town. I like to mine and smith weapons.

Besides, there's far too much running around in Limsa Lominsa. I don't want to spend half my day jogging between the different towers.
