yeah the left one is fine.

I still think a reference to AV or PW would be neat, all of us being FFXI vets & all but this works too.

I can't help but think "Echos of Eorzea" would be slightly more fitting in terms of XIV but whatever (Echos are the memories of past adventurers & a central theme to the game - at least back when Tanaka was in charge anyway)

By the way, it seems to depend on availability. I did not get the option to make the same shield Aeni made, unless there were additional shapes that I missed.

In that case, the one on the far left of the 3 that Aeni posted. That's the one I like the best. It's the closest thing to a half moon that we have available. Blue and White is also closer to the forum colors.

It's a shame we can't use special characters... that's something small that's going to bug me over time... but I'll get over it.

How does everyone else feel about that?

So I tried making a LS, yes "Dreams in Vanadiel" is ok (you can use up to 32 letters but no special things like ' ), but the shield thing is very limited. At least in XI they gave you the chance of picking the color you wanted instead of just showing you a few presets to choose from.

So, yeah, I don't think the shield matters much anymore as long as it's blue and white.

Has anyone tried to make a LS with Dreams In Vana'diel as a name yet? Is it too many letters? Can we use an asterisk? I haven't bothered to check.

Also: I made this post on the Official Forums to try and dredge up some additional members. The way I see it, if we get even 1 or 2 good people out of it, it's worthwhile.

I like the first one (blue and white ftw) since it sort of resembles the moon from the logo. But it really needs a Star in there.

There are no blue & purple scheme ... there's only 8 color combinations total that is offered (Unless this changes depending on which city-state you create your LS in)

These are ones that I tried keeping what Raydeus said in mind regarding the logo for DiV.

As for the logo it'll have to be something resembling the DiV logo (/point logo) if possible, but I'll give it a try tomorrow since I just logged out for the night.
