I had some crystas I purchased a while back and I'll just donate them (in lieu of subscription payments to SE) Not sure if any of you have any crystas just lying around unused ... especially since FFXIV is the only game that uses it at this time.

Nice, that's a 1:1 conversion of Crysta back to real money, at least in dollars. This could have been a moment where they could recoup their loses by donating, maybe, half a cent for every crysta donated and profiting by the same amount they donate.
