But honestly I'm amazed this person got into the beta. OK, I get that it's a new UI and all, but she was honestly playing like a god damned 4 year old would for the first 20 minutes or so.

On the character selection screen, there is a big red diagonal line.

She is already banned i think.

The game crashed, and now she can't log in after 20 attempts.

its an error that alot of the testers are getting, half of them cant get in.
