AF Coffer Question

Hi,
I've got a quick question about AF coffers. I'm at level 52, and I've talked to the Galka in the Upper Jeuno armor shop to start the gloves AF quest. However, I am not entirely clear on how the other coffers (garlaige and crawler's nest) work.

I have my Nest coffer key, but am wondering under what level and conditions I can open a coffer and get my CN AF piece. These keys aren't the easiest thing to get, so I want to be 100% sure I will get my item before I use it on a coffer. Thanks!

#1: complete the af1 quest.
#2: ding lv50.
#3: get the bolghertz healing hands quest. (don't need to complete it)
#4: open whichever coffer you want in your preferred order.
