AFAIK, it's not in game. -
as with dia 3, bio 3, diaga 2 etc.. it's only available to mobs atm.jobs: whm67, blm37, thf37, war30, mnk58.

Thats kinda lame... why give mob stuff that u cant get in the game? especially stuff thats quazi-powerfull like thatComment
