White robe armor-when able to wear?

I'm sick of wearing the brown plain colored TUnics....
I had the Tunic at earlier levels then the Royal TUnic at mid levels and now the Fairey Tunic. Unfortunately they all look the same...

Being level 30, when will I be able to wear the White Robe armor?
I think Combat Caster armor is White/with blue on it, but is level 40...

Is there any white colored robe armor i can wear in the level 30's?

There's a level 34 tunic called "Cloak" that WHM can use. It's white and blue. But there are better choices for WHM I think. I prefer robes myself, so I can use a separate head item for extra stats.

theres a lvl 40 white platemail whm only armor. dunno the name though
