If you want to be a DRK use Great Sword on DRK not WAR.

Well, like AngryUndead said, food is the way to go for accuracy at your level.
However, your skill at this level in GS isn't that bad. What is bad is the WS's you get for GS. The pretty well blow. Axe and Great Axe are much better. Both for damage, and GA has the first break WS which lowers mob evasion by 40.
There's a reason people tell you to level GA or Axe on your WAR. Its a better weapon to use for it. When you start your DRK, then level GS and Scythe to your hearts content. But don't get angry with people for telling you the truth.

I tried telling someone else about this, but, hey, I say he wants to use a GS, then knock yourself out. No better way to learn than the hardway.

+ACC on you is roughly equivalent to -EVA on the mob.
