Steel Cyclone?

I was looking for some information about this skill on the net. Unfortunately, I only found out it is a char-lvl 70 great axe skill (weapon skill level 240). Does anyone know what it does in terms of how many attacks of which element and stuff?

I got it the other day and it's not that great. It's 1 hit, damage varies with TP and has Distortion/Detonation effects. You can make Dark renkeis with it. I tested it on weak mobs around jeuno and it did around half of Raging Rush. I was honestly expecting a better ws. It does look kinda nice tho.

Decimation(1h Axe final ws) on the other hand is great. It's 3 hits with Fusion effect so it can setup Light renkeis which more useful than Dark.

Ok, by it self it kinda sucks. But have you tried finishing a SC with it. It may be like Cross Reaper, it's damage isn't that great but its effect can do 2x-4x the damge of the WS itself.

Wish you could confirm this.
