Question for dual-wielding thieves

Any dual-wielding thieves own a Sarashi belt? I was wondering if this item is worth the 350k it costs. Does it really improve dual-wield by enough to be that expensive? I'm thinking about buying one (after I get NIN leveled up), but if it's pointless then I will just go with a Merc. Cpt. Belt instead.

Some guy on Allakazham said it suck. According to his tests he could in 180 seconds swing 62 times witohut it and 64 times with it.

I was eyeing that thing too, but if it's that useless I'll stick with the Mercenary Captain's Belt. Extra STR, DEX, and AGI puts more damage where it really counts: Fuidima.

Yeah Rouge I'm probably just going to go with the Merc. Cpt. Belt too, until I can get something better. If its really only a couple more swings every 3 mins then it won't be worth the 2-3 weeks spent farming to get it. Maybe as a higher level THF/NIN with a couple of dual wield traits this might get a little better (I'm assuming it's a percentage). If nobody else can post stats on this I might try it at higher level when I have 350k to randomly spend then resell the item if it actually does suck.
