  • So do theifs still have problems getting pts?

Been wondering, Do theifs still take hours to get in pt's around lv 30?

Yes, sometimes... I quit leveling for a while and ended up knowing almost no one at my lvl range seeking xp pt - result: long long waits

A thief in the party is effective and popular around 30, but if you're going to sit and hope for some super party to invite you, you'll be waiting for an unknown amount of time.
      Warning level cat face.

Make your own PT if you dont want to wait >.> By the time you finally get a PT invite after 5 hours you could have made a PT or two depening on how good or bad it was. You still got exp.

I HATE making my own parties.. only do it if the proper jobs are available.

Once you're out of kazham, just go farm near jueno while waiting for a group if you don't like forming groups.

They do it to everyone. I get that on my whm constantly. Oh and yeah thfs have lots of problems finding parties. Whenever I look for replacements the only ones ever seeking are thfs, usually the same ones that were seeking a few hours ago when I got into a party.

I think you need to re-phrase your reply. Unless you don't use search comments, they probably already know you're EN (and even then, they can probably guess through rank). When you reply [I don't speak Japanese], I think its a sign to them that you don't want to PT with them because you can't understand them. Perhaps adding EN/JP PT OK in your search comment might fix this.

MMORPG grouping is universal, dont need to speak the language to know what your job is :p

I do do that when I'm seeking a party. However, I get tells when I'm farming/camping/ect. (lucky for me, when I normally play (around 3 a.m.) there's only a couple other THFs on. When I go on NA prime time, there's 10 others on ; ; ).

I'll start using search comment now though when I'm farming/camping/ect., thanks for the tip.

                              lol...

I HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE that. It always happens to me too, possibly because I have higher rank than most NA players.

I have the same comments in my search and I usually reply with, japanese I don't understand, PT OK? ... 1 min later... See you again!

Many JP players won't PT with EN speaking players if they can help it, and there's nothing you can really do. Unless they are getting really desperate, some PT leaders will just sit and wait for a J flagged player with the same job.
