THF/WAR question

Will I've been having fun with THF lately but I have a question if subbed with Warrior. We all know Thief learn a trait called "Triple Attack" and if your THF is high you can get "Double Attack" From warrior so my question is can they both stack you know deal 5 hits? Does this rarely happen?

it can happen but very rarely does i was in a party while doing nin quest with a THF and it went off which was cool...

every single lvl 55+ thf/war i have ever talked to says this cannot happen from 1 attack.

The generally accepted theory is that triple attack overrides double attack, so the most you will ever get from a single attack if triple attack and double attack both go off is 3 hits. BUT since thf attack so quickly anyways, you could get a triple attack on 1 hit, then immediatly get a double on the next, which would make it appear as if you did 5 consecutive hits.

I may be wrong, but like i said, this is the generally accepted theory, and has been confirmed by 20+ high lvl thf/war's i have talked to.
