knives or daggers?

which weapon do you think is better for a thief out of knives or daggers? daggers have less delay but knives have more dmg.

also what do you like better status daggers or status effecting daggers

status dagger=dex+3, agi +3 etc...

status effect= blind poison stun etc...

well to see which one is better divide the damage by the delay. like 4 dmg 150 delay weapon. 4 / 150 = .02666. which ever comes out with a higher number is better. but of course + stats also have to be taken in account.

I like plus stats more. 1 damage difference doesn't bother me. I rather have the defense down effect or the +dex.

I think status effects and stat changes are way more importent. If I wanted mroe damage for a thf I'd go with sword. I'm not level 33 yet so I still use sword while keeping daggar capped.

The daggar and knivies from what I experienced so far aren't for damage but for building tp, so I think a daggar would be better with less delay.. So if they're for mainly tp buildage past 33, I would go with less delay+agi/dex.
