Ease of getting groups?

Hey guys , just wondering how easy it is for thiefs to get groups . I have a 17 rdm now but im considering going thf/nin or something eventualy because I enjoy meee characters a bit more than casters . But I also dont wanna miss out on getting groups easily ( and I do enjoy my rdm still ) since I am rarely seeking a group for more than 5 minutes so far .Ive heard there are alot of thf but I havent seen it so far , infact i have never even grouped with one , its usually 2 mages and 4 wars . I know melee have a hard time getting groups but are thiefs an exception since I hear most groups want 1 after 15? . Thanks .

up to 15 you may have a little bit of trouble getting a party, yes...

after 15 they get sneak attack and treasure hunter, so they're especially more wanted in groups looking for the subjob items outside selbina and.... wherever else it is you do the subjob quest. :p

Im not worried about pre 15 since it should go pretty fast with rdm sub and killing low cons . After 15 its easy then or is that just for people doin SJ quest? I just dont wanna sit around for 45 mins waiting on a group most of the time , like ive heard alot of warriors do .

I'm a Galka THF which is pretty rare. I'm currently 18 and just got my sub (finally!). I found that the hardest levels to progress through so far were 12-14. Once I hit 15, I was sneaking constantly and getting good EXP with parties in Valkurm. I leveled 3 times in 2 days while it took me a week to go from 12-14. You might do better with a RDM sub. People will want you even after the the subjob quest. You can use Yokodama at 30 once you get quick attack.

THFs have a lot of trouble finding parties, it was the hell for me until I got lvl 15, after lvl 15 I got sightly more invites, but they were for parties of people who had no idea of how to play efficently(sp).
After lvl 20, I moved to Qufim, where there was a lot of people, I've always found a party, usually after 15~30 mins of waiting, for a couple expections that was for 5 mins and another one that was *3h*.
I've heard a lot of people that gave up on their THF just because it was too hard to find a party...

Later on if you get Two THF's in a PT you will kill monsters quick . My PT's always! always! try to consist of two THF's. I haven't gotten a invite though for about 20 levels :\ so i've made my PT's for the past month in a half...well over 40 by now I think.

just last night on my server i was heading north throught the konstatacht highlands, turned on my party seeking flag when i first entered that zone, and had an invite about five-ten minutes after i turned it on, very, VERY good party by the way.

but when i was getting up to 15, i pretty much soloed it, killing easy cons in long chains, as you can do a ton without having to rest, it's faster than doing after decents or evens, since with those you have to rest after almost every one.

but sneak attack and stacking the dmg is good, i'm digging it... the party i was with last night was a blast, i was loving doing 4-5 times the dmg the warriors were, and i don't even have sneak attack yet, whoo
