I used to play uo, and with that there was a skill cap of 700. with this game is there such a thing, or can i max a few wep skill with no prob?

i think you can only max a weapon out according to your level at the moment. so each weapon has a limit as you move along.

well, that ive found through time, but what im wonderig is in the long run can you have multiple wep skills maxed. like lets say when i start a char i want him to have some range. so i have a bow on the side. when my sword maxes, i use the bow more often, trying to get it as high as i can. in the long run, would this take away from the max my swords can be? sry if this doesnt make any sense..

As with being able to achieve the level cap in every single job (good luck on that one =) you can achieve the level cap with every single weapon without detriment.

So don't worry that devoting time to a particular weapon is going to limit you down the road. Another really good thing is that your skills do not apathy with time from not using them.
