Is there any coffer chests that low level thieves can get?

Maybe around the Windhurst area?

I'm pretty sure....no. You can get to most coffers at around level 40+ I believe and lower levels get regular chests. Chests may drop a boomerang or something like that.

One idea i had was get a Rdm or Whm and go coffer hunting in a high lvl place with them. I am going to try this in necropolis while a Rdm is casting sneak spells on me, and we will split the pay. Hopefully it works.
