Does anyone know where I can find these gloves and the other Royal Footman set?

Well i know that the San D'oria Temple Knights sell them for 1000 Conquest Points but if your a Hume itll cost you 2000 for them.

umm I'm a San d'Oria Hume. I bought Royal Footman Gloves for 1000. Then I sold them at AH for a hefty price!

Would the Royal Footman's Gloves be more beneficial to a THF than a Glove that gives +3 Evade and +3 Accuracy?

- Just wondering. I've only recently started playing as a THF, so I'm not too adept at what equipments I should look for for them. =)
