Food that increases DEX

OK, I've been searching all over the web for information about this topic (both English and Japanese website), but with no avail.

Since Thief need all the help he/she needs in increasing DEX, any information about a food that will increase DEX is highly appreciated.

If you can list the amount of DEX increase, other stats decrease would be even better.

This topic would definitely help all fellow Thiefs in the future.
