    I got the avatar belt and a light staff - carbuncle for 0mp is very cool.
    He keeps me company when fishing or mining, I have him randomly attack things :spin:
    I always have carby out when i'm running around as whm/smn now.

    I got checked alot wearing ninja AF with carby following me last night lol. I'll probably go ahead and get a +1 lightstaff so I gain mp with him out, so I can fire off bloodpacts without having to ever unsummon him or rest. More of a fun item than anything else, priceless.

    3 Mithra are better than 1...

        I think they mean in an EXP party. I have only found about 2 exp parties that I needed aerial armor as WHM. Both of those had DRK trick partners and a slow THF.

        While the belt would be nice to screw around with...I don't see it's practical use in exp parties. I wouldn't mind fishing with it though. Hmm...wonder how much Fenrir costs to keep out for level 32 to 35 SMNs....

        Dark Staff + Avatar belt + Fenrir = fun fishing

          Here are the perpetuation costs:

          Fenrir

          LV30~36: 5MP
          LV37: 6MP

          Carby

          LV30~35: 4MP
          LV36~37: 5MP

          Garuda and others

          LV28~37: 6MP

          Anything with 5MP can be kept out for 0MP with the belt, staff. For 6MP, you need either a +1 staff or a Vermillion Cloak to keep it at 0.

            I just bought Avatar Belt for 240K. I'm not sure that it'll be worth it, but it is pretty cool to leave out Fenrir for 0MP.

            Fenrir Perpetuation is -6 at /SMN37
            Avatar Belt -2
            Pluto Staff -3
            Auto Refresh -1

            This was more of a cool toy purchase for me. I may regret not getting Ocean Robe for 280K instead. Oh well, too late now.

            I'm gonna try to solo with these for coffer keys and what not. I'll post here with my findings.

              How is Fenrir's dmg against xp mobs (ITs that is), do Lunar Cry and Roar get resisted often?
